For added flexibility, we offer made-to-measure solutions and room-by-room installation on request, ensuring a perfect fit in any bedroom.

Cancellations and Returns

1. Cancellation Period:
   You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Administration Fee:
   A 5% administration fee will be charged for cancellations and returns, based on the total order value.

3. Made-to-Order Products:
   A 50% cancellation fee applies to made-to-order items, such as Divan Bases, Headboards, Mattresses, and Ottoman Storage Boxes, unless the cancellation is made within one working day of placing the order.

4. Return Process:
   If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. You may return the goods at your own cost in their original condition and packaging, or request a collection, which will incur a direct cost deducted from your refund.

5. Condition of Goods:
   Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. Inadequately packaged items may not be collected, and a fee may apply.

6. Mattresses:
   Mattresses can only be returned if unopened. If you wish to test a mattress, please keep it wrapped until you’re certain you want to keep it.

7. Refunds:
   Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation or upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods. The company reserves the right to withhold part or all of the refund if items are returned damaged.
